Reservations and Payment

  • Booking Process: Reservations can be made online, via telephone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Payment: A deposit and/or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The accepted payment methods are credit card, bank transfer, cash.

  • Confirmation: Once payment is received, the Operator will provide a booking confirmation email containing details of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation with Refund

  • Standard Cancellation: Customers may cancel the service free of charge up to 10 days before the scheduled service date. In such cases, a full refund of any amount paid will be issued.

  • Weather-Related Cancellation: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unsafe sea conditions, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. Customers affected by such cancellations will receive a full refund irrespective of the cancellation time.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellation Between 10 and 3 Days Prior: If the cancellation occurs between 10 days and 3 days before the scheduled service, the deposit paid by the Customer will be forfeited.

  • Cancellation Within 3 Days or No-Show: Cancellations made within 3 days of the service or failure to show up on the day of the service will result in the loss of the full service amount paid.

Changes and Rescheduling

  • Request for Change: Any modification or rescheduling request must be communicated to the Operator as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Operator Discretion: The Operator reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary in response to safety, operational, or weather-related concerns.

Service Standards

  • Quality Assurance: We strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Our boats are regularly inspected, and our staff is trained to the highest standards.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the Operator. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the tour without any refund.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in the boat tour, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that there are inherent risks associated with maritime activities. The Customer’s participation is voluntary.

  • Limitation of Liability: The Operator shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour unless such liability is proven to arise directly from the Operator's gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

  • Force Majeure: The Operator is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, or other events of force majeure.

Modifications to the Terms

The Operator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be informed of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
